Hello, My body began to vibrate (off and on throughout day), a few months ago, after I began a regular practice of meditation. Initially, I thought I was sick. It has progressed to extremely intense whole body vibrations that wake me up while sleeping!
I learned of the phase shortly after reading Robert Monroe’s books. I have watched the training videos online, as well as read the book. I have a plan of action now to enter the phase.
1) Is there any way to stop the vibrations when I don’t want to enter the phase?
2) I have tried forced falling asleep while simultaneously desiring to be at the mirror, as well as levitating, sitting up, and other techniques. I have even laid there with the lower half my body out, hanging over the bed. Hitting a wall. Suggestions?
3) I have a cold now that developed yesterday. Could this be a problem to entering? My whole body vibrating woke me up 3 times last night, but I still couldn’t get out.
