Hi, folks!

I'll be more active on this forum soon. For those of you neophytes who don't know me, I am one of the moderators. In Michael Raduga's absence, I am god here, so, behave! C:-)

Hi, I have been successfully inducing 'OBE's for a while using indirect techniques. I have been successful using alarms and even Remee ( I now own an Aurora ) and they all work to some degree, however I prefer the natural awakening approach.

I have no problem with being aware of micro awakenings and cycling through but I seem to keep waking to movement, as though im becoming aware of micro awakenings a second or 2 after ive moved. My mantra after a wbtb is ' keep still, stay aware'. Is there a more powerful /reliable way of remaining still when awaking?

Thanks guys
